Coaching for Internationals & Bicultural Individuals
Individual Coaching
A space to understand yourself, make sense of change and feel more grounded.
Sometimes life shifts before you've had time to make sense of it.
Maybe you're going through a move, a new chapter, a relationship, a burn-out, a career change or questions around identity and belonging. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.
Coaching can offer a space to pause, reflect and make sense of what's happening — with someone who understands the personal and cultural layers that can shape your experience.
Sessions are available in English or Dutch, online or in Amsterdam.
Is this you?
You might recognise yourself in one or more of these experiences:
Identity & belonging
Exploring who you are and where you feel at home. Reconnect with yourself in a new environment or chapter of life.
Cultural & Life transitions
Navigating relocation, reverse culture shock or life between cultures. Making sense of changes in your career, relationships, family or sense of self.
Stress & emotional exhaustion
When adapting, working or caring for others starts to take its toll.
How we work together
In our first session we'll explore what's bringing you here, what feels important, and what you hope to gain from the session(s).
My approach is warm, curious and practical, adapting each session to what you need.
Sometimes we'll explore your patterns and the way your mind works. Sometimes we'll use an exercise, reflection or body-based practice to help you see or experience things differently. And sometimes, we simply make space for what is there.
You don't have to arrive with all the answers. Together, we explore what helps you understand yourself more deeply and move forward.
